Default Improved Henchmen Skillbars, GW:EN in mind

Nightfall's were alright, but both prophecies and factions could've had better ones, at least their skill bars.
I just wouldn't mind some more versatile skillbars for the GW:EN expansion, if this is at all possible (I don't know the skillbars, but given the track record, it's likely we'd see more of the same)

Just as several examples...

Eve, despite her description, proved to be more of a blood/grenth spiker than death magic user, it would've been nice to see her more minion oriented.

The ranger henchmen used Practiced Stance, and no interrupts except for the more unique ranger henchmen in the Luxon areas.

The monks are generally mediocre, but they do the job, except the factions ones had terrible energy problems with spamming 10e spells. The nightfall Prot hench was very good.

The eles are sort of a hit or miss, generally hit. Cynn and Herta both have good damage output, but the factions Air ele left something to be desired.

Devona and the other warrior henchies have used Charge. Besides the nice speed boost in dreary Kaineng, this was generally a useless elite.

Suggestions? Thoughts on this? I know it's been brought up before in reference to the other campaigns, but I didn't see anything regarding the GW:En henchies.
